Fraud involves deliberate, intentional deception or misrepresentation of information for personal gain.  Most of us find it difficult to believe that fraud would ever occur in our workplace. Most people are honest and would never consider committing fraud.  However, misinformed people may inadvertently commit fraud and dishonest people will use their ingenuity to exploit any opportunity to commit fraud...
