Ted has taught applied ethics at several colleges and universities in the United States, including Villanova University and Middlebury College. An award-winning author, Ted has published a number of scholarly articles in the areas of social and environmental ethics. Cathleen Sullivan, Co-creator of the ECC & former RedHawk PresidentCathleen is a leading authority on ethics communication and training. She has provided tactical and strategic consultation to CEOs and other senior executives in the nation’s largest and most prestigious corporations to ensure global support for programmatic ethics training and communication initiatives. She has led development of ethics and compliance programs at the New York Stock Exchange, NCR, Caterpillar, Dow Chemical and many other Fortune 500 companies. Cathleen combines a keen understanding of ethical, policy, and regulatory issues with an extensive knowledge of how to influence employee behavior. The results are ethics and compliance programs that not only meet legal and regulatory requirements but also change employee behavior and build a company’s ethical culture. Cathleen has been a frequent participant at ethics conferences and workshops across the country and has addressed the Ethics Officers Association and the American Management Association. Jay Sullivan, Co-creator of the ECC & former RedHawk Chief Creative OfficerJay has spent over 20 years creating innovative ethics communication tools and strategies for corporate America, applying proven marketing and advertising techniques to directly impact employee behavior. He has created video, online training, and other media to support ethics programs for Sony, Altria, AlliedSignal, Merck & Co., and numerous other leading corporations. A skilled video director and interviewer, Jay has conducted several hundred on-camera interviews with employees to explore their views of ethics in the workplace. He has also worked with CEOs at Fortune 500 companies to capture effective ethics leadership messages on video and in print. Jay had the honor of conducting an on-camera interview with President Jimmy Carter while directing “Source of Hope”, a video profiling Merck’s Mectizan Donation Program. |
